Ham slice
12 eggs
½ cup milk
12 English muffins
12 slices cheese
diced peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and milk and add peppers. Back in large jelly roll pan at 375º for 20 minutes.
Fry the sausage.

Assemble: Cut English muffin in half. Place 2 pieces bacon, then one sausage patty. Cut the pan of eggs into 12 sections. Place one section of egg on each sandwich. Place couple slices of ham and top with cheese. Place the top part of muffin on sandwich.

Thoroughly wet a paper towel. Wrap the sandwich in the paper towel and then wrap in either parchment paper or tin foil and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Remove parchment paper and/or tin foil. Leave the dampened paper towel on the sandwich and microwave for 2-2.5 minutes.

I typically make 12 at a time for the freezer.
