3 eggs
2 c. Sugar
1/2 t salt
1 c. Shortening
1 c buttermilk
1 t soda
3 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t lemon extract
1/2 t vanilla
2 T sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given and chill overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Cool on rack.
