2 lb bag frozen hashbrowns - thawed
1 can Cream of Potato soup
8 ozs sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper, and half of the butter melted (1/4 cup). Add potatoes and pour into 13x9 casserole dish.

Combine remaining 1/4 cup melted butter with crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
