1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs made from crustless French or country-style bread
⅓ cup of whole milk
8 oz. ground beed (15% fat)
8 oz. pork or veal
½ cup of finely ground(not grated) Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup finely chopped Italian parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 large eggs
2 large garlic cloves pressed

1/4 Oil for frying

Place in sauce and enjoy with some spaghetti!

pour milk onto fresh breadcrumbs
mix all dry ingredients then place in meat
Add in the eggs and gallic
Add the breadcrumbs and milk
mix thouroughly
Roll into balls
Fry until golden brown
Place in sauce and enjoy with some spaghetti!
