4 tablespoons butter
2 medium onion -- cut up
2 cups catsup; 20ounce size
1 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
2½ tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons brown sugar; maybe more; sweeten to taste
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup parsley, lots of parsley is good -- cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Soften onions in butter; add remaining ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Add chipped ham.
