1 cup brandy
1 can pineapple chunks in juice
1 jar maraschino cherries
2 cans mandarin oranges, or fresh oranges
3 cups sugar -- divided

Directions:
Directions:
Make in October. Keep in a cool place.
Week one: Stir 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brandy and pineapple. place in a glass jar.
Week Two: Stir in 1 cup sugar and cherries.
Week three: Stir in 1 cup sugar and oranges.

Let sit until Christmas.

If doubling use 1 1/2 cup brandy.
