1 head cabbage -- shredded
2 medium onion -- chopped
butter -- to taste
salt and pepper -- to taste

2 cups flour
2 eggs -- beaten
water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter, add shredded cabbage. Cook until soft.

Boil water with salt in a large pot. In a large bowl mix flour, eggs and enough water to make a cooked rice texture. Drop mixture in boiling water. Cook about 10 min. Strain and rinse with cold water. Add to cabbage mixture. Add more butter if needed.
