11 ounces Brazil nut; 1 package about 2 1/2 cups
8 ounces dried apricot; 1 package about 2 cups
16 ounces candied cherry-pineapple mix; 1 package about 2cups
8 ounces pitted date; 1 package about 1/2 cup
1 cup bisquick® baking mix
½ cup sugar
3 large eggs
5½ teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Line a 9x5x3 loaf pan with aluminum foil and grease.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly; leave nuts and fruit whole. Spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean; about 1 3/4 hours. Remove from pan, gently remove foil. Cool, wrap and store in a cool place.
