1 bunch parsley
4 large garlic cloves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 ½ teaspoons red chili pepper flakes
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup red wine vinegar

Grind everything up in a blender for 4-5 minutes until it becomes a sauce.

My husband Guhan introduced this recipe to me and it's a hit!!!
It's especially delicious drizzled over grilled flank steak, chicken, or fish. It's also great as a dipping sauce for bread or veggies.
