1 c. Bean Sprouts - rinsed and drained
1 T. chopped Green Onions
2 T. chopped Water Chestnuts
3 chopped Mushrooms
1 tsp. Mons. Glum.
Salt to taste
4 Eggs
Meat or shrimp may be added to egg mix.

Sauce
Blend 1 T. cornstarch, 1 tsp. Mons. Glum, 1/4 tsp. Sugar.
Gradually add 2 T Soy Sauce and 1 c. Chicken Broth.
Cook, stirring until mixture starts to bubble and thicken.

Combine all ingredients, add eggs last. Heat 2 T. oil and spoon 1/2 c. egg mix to form patties. Fry over high heat, turning only once.
