16 oz. Macaroni
6 T Butter
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
5 cups Milk
4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs divided
1/4 cup melted Butter

Preheat oven to 375º
Boil pasta to al dente about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water to stop cooking.
Over medium heat, melt 6 T butter, add flour, salt, dry mustard, pepper and smokey paprika. Stir until thick and add milk.
Keep on medium heat and whisk for about 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Make sure there are no lumps.
Remove from heat and add all cheese. Stir until melted. Add noodles and stir until combined.

Spray a 9 x 13 pan lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle half the bread crumbs an on the bottom of the pan then pour noodle mixture over and sprinkle other half of the bread crumbs. Drizzle with the melted butter.
