2 cans of tuna
2-3 boiled eggs
Chopped onion
Chopped sweet pickles
Mayo or Miracle Whip
Velveeta cheese
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Drain the tuna and put in bowl, add chopped egg, onion and pickles. Stir in mayo or miracle whip to taste. Cube up velveeta, adding enough that each sandwich can have several cubes in it. Spread on a hamburger bun, wrap in foil and bake until heated through. Probably about 15-20 minutes

Grandma Wilma made these for snack type suppers. The Velveeta melts through the sandwich and makes it so different from a cold tuna salad sandwich. Doug doesn't like tuna, but he liked these.
