1½ pounds small red potatoes
⅛ cup olive oil
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp freshly minced rosemary

- Cut potatoes in half or quarters
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Spread on cookie sheet
- Bake in oven at 400°F for 1 hour, turning half way through
