1 lb medium shells
1 T EVOO
1½ lbs hot (or mild) Italian Sausage (casing removed)
¾ cup dry white wine
¾ cup heavy cream
3 T stone ground mustard
pinch of crushed red pepper
1 cup thinly sliced basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta I salted water until al dente. Heat oil in large skillet, add sausage and brown over medium/high heat. Add wine and simmer until reduced by half. Add cream, mustard, red pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in pasta and basil. Serve and enjoy!
