3 c. all purpose flour
1 box light brown sugar
¾ c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 c. buttermilk (may use reg. milk with lemon juice)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together with pastry blender or by hand until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup for topping. To remaining crumbs, add 1 c. buttermilk and 1 egg. Stir by hand. Batter will be lumpy. Pour in greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Sprinkle the top with remaining 1 c. crumbs. Then sprinkle cinnamon over the crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º. (First cake I ever learned to make - my favorite!)
