Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter room temperature
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg room temperature
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside. I use Pampered Chef Stone, so I just put it in the oven to heat while oven is preheating....NEVER burns!

Cream together the sugars until fluffy. Add the vanilla and mix. Then add the egg and mix. In another bowl add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix by hand to combine. Add to butter mixture and mix. Then add chocolate chips.

Put on cookie sheet and cook for 12 minutes, depending on your oven. I make 9 at a time. They're pretty big. To make REALLY big ones, use a ice cream scoop. When cool, to save, put in a zip-lock freezer bag until ready to use.
