2 cups diced potatoes
4 cups slaw mix
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb Polish sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into ½ inch pieces
4 cups chicken broth

Directions:
In a 3 ½ to 6 qt. slow cooker place potatoes, slaw mix, onion and sausage. Pour chicken broth over all. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours.
