2 regular unbaked pie shells
4 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups shredded cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg
½ cup desired ingredients (meat and/or vegetables)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in bowl. Add cream, cheese, meat and/or vegetables, dash with salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes 2 Quiches
