3 ¾ cups sugar
1 ½ cups corn syrup
1 cup water
Red food coloring
1 tsp cinnamon oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup, and water and cook on high until 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Stir in 5 drops red food coloring and cinnamon oil. Pour into cookie sheet that has been dusted with powdered sugar.
