1 cup sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vinegar (in sour cream)
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp. lemon flavor
2/3 cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Oven – 400 degrees
Add together all ingredients except flour taking care to add vinegar in with the sour cream before adding baking soda. Gradually add 3 cups flour to mixture. Roll out dough and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Place on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes.

1 box powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk as needed

Mix ingredients and add milk as needed until smooth.
