2 cup sugar
½ water
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
½ to 1 cup chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water, and salt to softball stage. Put marshmallow cream into a large mixing bowl. Pour syrup mixture over it. Blend, then let set a few minutes to partially cool. Beat with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Add nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper or onto buttered plate.
