1 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
½ cup shortening (butter flavored for extra taste)
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey Kisses
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Oven – 375 degrees
Sift flour, soda, salt; cream shortening and peanut butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes. Press in kisses until ball cracks. Put back in oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
