1 lb. spaghetti
1 13 oz jar Pregó spaghetti sauce
Kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8oz. Pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
1 16 oz container sour cream
4 green onions, finely chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese grated

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large pot, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Prepare the meat sauce. Cook the meat, 1 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper, garlic powder, over medium-high heat until well browned. Turn off heat. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside. Next, Prepare the cream mixture in large bowl large enough to hold he pasta Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions, mix totally together until mixed well. When water comes to a boil, add 1/4 cup salt before adding the pasta. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions then drain the pasta and put it directly in the bowl containing the cream mixture. Stir until pasta is coated evenly. Put the pasta into a prepared pan and top with meat sauce. Add the grated cheese. Cover with foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake covered for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and cook 5 more minutes.
