2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. milk
1 TBS white corn syrup or tiny bit of cream of tarter
pinch of salt
1 TBS of butter

cinnamon to roll in
Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients except butter and stir constantly to prevent curdling until mixture comes to a boil
Boil to soft ball stage
cool and add butter
beat until stiff enough to form balls in rounds
If too stiff add a few drops of milk
form into balls and roll in cinnamon
