1 1/2 lb. ground beef, sausage or mix of both, drained
1 box rolellies noodles cooked and drained
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. basil
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 Tbs. garlic minced
1/2 c. chopped onions
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion, and garlic and drain.
Cook pasta according to direction on box and drain
spray large pan with veg spray and pour 1/4 jar of sauce in pan.
Put meat mixture, cottage cheese and pour sauce on top and top with mazzerella. Can also add parmesian cheese.
Bake 350'-400' until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
