3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ground ginger
3 pounds chicken thighs (or any chicken portion)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together and place in a large plastic zip lock bag. Add chicken to the bag and coat all over. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator until ready to cook, from 30 minutes up to a day ahead.

Bake in baking dish at 425ºF for 45 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
