1/2 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 Tbsp cornmeal
1/4 cup evaporated milk or buttermilk
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs, then stir in the cornmeal, milk, and vinegar until smooth. Add to pie shell.

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, then reduce heat to 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool
