3 T. butter
1 T. Worchestershire
1 T. lemon juice
1-2 T. chopped onions dried or fresh
3 stalks of chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked broccoli chopped
5 oz. or more herb cheese spread (I usually use Allouette brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter in a pan on the stove.
Add all the other ingredients and simmer until warm. Add the Worchestershire sauce and lemon juice. Serve with corn chips or bread pieces.

We got this recipe from the Congressional Country Club Cookbook we received as a wedding gift and have enjoyed the recipe ever since.
