Jello Layer:
1 large 6 oz pkg raspberry jello or other flavor
1 pkg 12oz fresh or frozen raspberries or cranberries
(add more fruit if desired)
2 cups boiling water




Second Layer:
1/4 cup sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 large cool whip

Top Crunchy Pretzel Layer:
1 8-12 oz bag unsalted pretzels
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cubes butter

Directions:
Prepare Jello Layer:
1. Dissolve desired flavored jello with 2 cups boiling water.
2. Mix desired fruit quantity into the jello. The fruit will settle to the bottom.
3. Put jello liquid in a glass pan. Put in refrigerator until firm for several hours.

Prepare Second Layer:
1. Mix together sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip.
2. Spread mixture over the first layer of firm jello in jello mold.
3. Put back in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Prepare Top Pretzel Crunchy Layer:
1. Use a rolling pin to crush unsalted pretzels into 1/4" pieces in a plastic gallon ziploc bag.
2. Mix sugar, and butter together and spread onto crushed pretzels on a baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Cool.

When ready to serve jello, sprinkle crunchy pretzels onto top layer.

Makes 10-15 servings.
Makes a refreshing holiday salad! Enjoy!
