Ingredients:
For Cookies:
2 cups softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3.5 teaspoons lemon extract
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extracts. Then add flour, salt and water. Mix well.
Separate dough into 3 balls, wrap each ball into plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 45 minutes or even overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º. Roll one ball of the cookie dough out at a time on parchment paper sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking. Dough should be about 1/3 inch in depth after rolling it out. Cut individual cookies into desired shapes. You have to work quickly before dough gets too warm. If dough becomes too warm, refrigerate again and then keep going, repeating process. Arrange cut shapes onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake in 350º oven for about 10 minutes or until cookie starts to tan. Allow cookies to cool completely. Decorate and Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Decorate with Wilton Cookie Icing available in the craft stores or Walmart. While decorating only use one color at a time until that color sets and hardens, then add the other color if using more than one color.
