2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk and egg yolks. Add flour and salt. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Cook on flat round griddle, pour a little batter onto the griddlle and move it around to cover griddle.
