1 brownie mix - made as directed.

Cookie Topping:
½ cup margarine
½ cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cook brownies according to directions on the mix. Let cool completely. In separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually stir in flour. Add chocolate chips and stir until well mixed. Spread over cooled brownies.
