4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size cubes)
1 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
12 oz Velveeta cheese (cut into chunks)
1 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a skillet with cooking oil. Cook and stir chicken for about 2 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Stir in broth. Bring to a boil and add macaroni. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until macaroni is done. Add Velveeta chunks and broccoli, stir until cheese is melted.
