4 eggs
1 small can pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

2 cups flour
2 TBSP. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
2.5 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and butter.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in 1 cup chopped walnuts, if using.
Pour into a greased 10x15 jelly roll pan. Bake @325 for 20-30 minutes. Let bars cool.

Frosting: Mix butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Then slowly add powdered sugar and mix. May take a bit more or less powdered sugar, add until you get a frosting consistency.

Spread frosting on bars. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts!
