1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cp. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Cream butter and sugar, slowly adding flour and salt. Stir in pecans. Mixture will be crumbly. Scoop spoonfuls into hands and roll into small balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 45 min. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
