3 cps. powdered sugar
3/4 cp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cp. dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add vanilla, egg and whites and blend until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto sheet. Use spoon to pat down and shape cookies. Bake for 12-14 min. Cool for 5 min. before placing on plate.
