3/4 lb Chinese noodles
2 large garlic cloves
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled & sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili paste
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 cups green onions, chopped

1. Cook noodles, and drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain well. Transfer to large bowl. Set aside.

2. In food processor, mince garlic and ginger. Blend in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Add in vegetable, sesame oils, and chili paste until well blended. Set aside.

3. Heat sesame seeds in small skillet over medium heat for 1 minute till fragrant. Remove from heat.

4. Add red bell peppers, green onions, blended mixture, and sesame seeds to noodles. Toss to coat and serve.
