1-6 oz. box apricot gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained(save juice)
1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-15 oz. can apricot halves, drained and diced
½ cup chopped walnuts
1-8 oz. container whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Add pineapple to gelatin and set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture; chill until partially set, stirring occasionally. Stir in apricots and walnuts.Fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 9X13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with walnuts if desired. Chill until firm. Serves 12 to 16.
