3 cups of chopped rhubarb
1 cup of sugar
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
3 Tblsp of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Top with meringue.

Meringue: Beat 3 egg whites with 4 Tblsp of sugar until stiff. Put on top of pie and continue baking at 375 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
