1/4 C cocoa
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C water
4 C milk
1 tsp vanilla

In a saucepan mix the dry ingredients.
Add the water and bring to a boil, keep boiling for one min.
Then add the milk.
Heat until it's the temp you like.
Take off the heat and add the vanilla, stir and serve
