Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups of flour
1 Tablespoon of Salt
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
5 Tablespoons of oil (I use vegetable)
2 Tablespoons of instant yeast
2 1/2 Cup of hot tap water (as hot as you can get it out of the tap)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In a large bowl mix 3 Cups of the flour and all of the other ingredients. Mix and then add remaining flour. Mix as long as you can and then knead. The dough should be barely sticky. Add a tablespoon of flour until it is barely sticky. Knead with hand for a minute or two and then let it rest in a smaller bowl until you notice that it has risen.

Roll (loosely) and pinch together the end so you seal the loaf. You are going to place the dough loaf on an olive oiled baking sheet... then with a sharp knife slice the top of bread diagonally three times. Beat an egg white to death, brush the top and sides of the dough with some egg white... Repeat these steps on the rest of dough then let them sit for a couple minutes (max 30). Bake about 20-30 minutes or until golden and pull them out!
