4 cups warm water
½ cup and 2 Tbs oil
½ cup and 2 Tbs honey
5 tsp yeast
11-12 cups wheat flour
2 ½ Tbs salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 4 Large bread pans. Heat 4 cups of water until warm, about 2 minutes
(Needs to be warm, but not so warm it will kill the yeast)
Add ½ Cup and 2 tsp oil. Add ½ Cup and 2 tsp honey.
Add 5 tsp yeast – Mix a little then let sit a few minutes until it starts to foam.
Sift together 12 cups of wheat flour with 2 ½ Tbs of salt.
Add Wheat Flour mixture 1 cup at a time. (If your mixer will not accommodate that much flour, add remaining flour and knead on a floured board until all of the flour is mixed in.)

Form 4 loaves. Put into 4 greased loaf pans.
Let raise 35 minutes to an hour (or until a little higher than the pan)
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden.
