Ritz crackers, crumbled
Apricot halves (canned and drained will do)
Brown sugar
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
Spread crumbled Ritz crackers on bottom of baking dish.
Place apricot halves over cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Top with dabs of butter.

Bake at 350º until bubbly.
Serve as a breakfast side or delightful dinner dessert.
