10 T butter
1 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
5 1/4 c powdered sugar
2/3 c milk
2 t vanilla extract

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Slowly mix in cocoa powder and stir until thick paste forms.
2. Pour cocoa mixture into a large bowl, and alternate adding powdered sugar and milk, a little at a time, while mixing. Add in vanilla extract. If frosting is too hick, add more milk.
3. If using an electric mixer, turn speed to medium high and beat for 5 minutes.
