On second thought..........................

First off we no longer need to prepare this recipe in the crock pot, follow all of the directions and put it in a pot on the stove. We are just too busy to be standing over the crock pot stirring that cream cheese!

Soften and melt the cream cheese in the pot add the rest of the ingredients and TRANSFER the crab meat to the crock pot to keep warm. We are just so much smarter now!

Now this recipe has been in the family for many many years but.... I can not take credit for this as it comes from a secret crock pot book!!! However, it has become a family tradition and expected every Christmas Eve! As you prepare this appetizer reminisce about family, love and laughter as we gathered around the kitchen counter!

Enough of this nonsense, I have words of wisdom to spill.....

As you begin your married life with Lucas, value your friendship, and continue to grow in love and make memories that will last a lifetime. We have watched the two of you grow and mature together. Never take each other for granted. There is marriage longevity in both your genes!!!!! After all both sets of parents have been together for a very long time. So the best wisdom I can offer is to listen to your parents!!! We do know best!!!!!
