1 lbs Bob Evans sausage
6 strips bacon
½ stick real butter
¼ cup flour
1 Qt whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook bacon and transfer to a plate, leaving the grease in pan. Cook sausage in same pan until brown, then add butter and mix well.

2. Whisk in flour, stirring continuously until gravy is light brown in color.

3. Stir in milk and cook until bubbly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Not only did Billy Poe think it was amazing, but his friend Ray, who was 100 yrs old said it is the best darn gravy he has ever had! Believe me, those two have had more of their share of gravy growing up.
