1 Lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
1 or 2 eggs
1 T. mayonnaise
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Parsley, finely chopped
2 slices of white bread
Salt and pepper to taste
1+ tsp. Old Bay seasoning to taste
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly pick through crab and remove any shell.

Soak bread in water squeeze and put in bowl.

Mix all ingredients in bowl, adding crab last and barely stirring.

Melt butter in frying pan on medium heat. Spoon crab mixture on to pan and fry, turning once. Serve immediately while hot.
