3 T. brown sugar
1 T. honey
2 T. butter
¼ c. Dijon mustard
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. olive oil
1 T. finely grated ginger

salt and pepper

8 - 6 oz. salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan, melt the butter, honey and brown sugar over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on the grill skin side down. Coat the flesh with the glaze. Grill 6 to 8 minutes to medium doneness, turning once after 5 to 6 minutes.
