Personal Notes:
I have very fond memories of learning to make yeast bread with my grandmother (Zada). Although she taught me how to make loaves of bread from scratch, homemade cinnamon rolls were a family favorite. It seems complicated, but once you get the knack of making yeast bread, it's really not so difficult - just a little time-consuming. And nothing says lovin' like homemade cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven!
