½ cup flour
½ cup cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 teas. salt
6 Tbsp. butter - melted
3 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
6 eggs
6 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
mix in butter and corn
Beat eggs well, add milk and stir into corn mixture
Pour into a 4 quart greased casserole (or 2 smaller)
Refrigerate overnight***

Bake in a 400º oven 40-45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes for first 30 minutes,
Pudding should be soft but set in the center and browned on top

***This can be frozen for several weeks. Thaw then follow baking directions
